YOU KNOW THis moment

You were actually doing okay.

And then — a song comes on.

A smell. A place you used to go together. And just like that, you're right back in the pain.

Not just a passing moment.

The grief takes over. The rest of your day is gone.

And you're left wondering — am I ever going to feel like myself again?

Or is this just how life is now?

If that's where you are, I want you to hear something right now:

There is nothing wrong with you.

You are grieving.

And your grief is as unique as the love you had (and still have).

— Glenn Wilhelm, Grief to Grace Coaching

Maybe right now, life feels like this…

"I become sad every time I think of them."

"I'm living with regret and so many what-ifs."

"I wake up exhausted, with no idea why I'm getting out of bed."

"Those trigger moments destroy my whole day."

"I feel completely alone, even in a room full of people."

"I'm terrified that one day I'll forget what they felt like."

Glenn's story

Six years ago, Glenn Wilhelm lost his daughter Kelli — five days before her 21st birthday.

He tried to carry it alone.

He tried to push through.

He tried to be strong for everyone else.

And eventually, he hit a wall.

What came out of that moment wasn't just survival.

It wasn't just coping.

It was a process that let him experience grief completely differently — not avoiding it, not suppressing it, but actually transforming it.

"I still grieve Kelli every single day. But now, those moments strengthen my connection to her instead of breaking me."

That's not forgetting. That's not moving on. That's moving forward — while still holding the people we love.

Glenn never imagined that what God walked him through personally would become the very thing he'd use to help others.

But here you both are. And he doesn't think that's an accident.

THE SHIFt

Your life can move

from this to this

Becoming sad every time you think of them

Living with regrets and "what ifs"

Triggers bringing you down and ruining your day

Feeling alone and isolated

Fear that your memories will fade away

→ Beaming with pride every time you think of them

Living with gratitude and appreciation

Triggers becoming treasured memories that bring joy

Always feeling loved — and connected

Create memories that will stay with you

Not by forgetting. Not by "moving on."

God's grace doesn't wait for you to get better before it meets you. It meets you right there — in the middle of the pain.

In one hour, here's what we'll do together:

JUNE 23, 2026 · 7PM EST

01 — Understand what's happening in those trigger moments

So they stop catching you off guard and stealing your day. You'll finally know why they hit so hard — and what to do the moment they arrive.

02 — Gently interrupt the emotional spiral — without pushing grief away.

This isn't about suppressing what you feel. It's about staying present — for yourself, and for the people who still need you.

03 — Begin turning painful moments into meaningful connection.

You'll discover how the moments that used to break you can become bridges — to love, to peace, and even to gratitude again.

This is for you if you're ready to carry your grief differently

This is for you if…

— You're grieving and feel stuck in the same cycles
— You're exhausted from just "getting through the day"
— You want a real path forward — not just coping tips
— You're open to guidance, grace, and a new perspective

This MAY NOT BE FOR YOU if…

You're looking for a quick fix or an overnight solution

— You're not quite ready to explore grief from a new perspective

— This coaching comes from a biblical worldview. If that's not where you are, I still honor your journey — this just may not be your next step

No judgment either way. I only want you in the room if this feels right for you.

Reflections...

“I was Glenn’s late daughter, Kelli’s, best friend for nearly 7 years before she passed, and I was lucky enough to get to know Glenn quite well over the years. After we tragically lost Kelli to cancer in 2020, Glenn turned to his Faith, and I watched him gather his strength through the Lord with each passing day.

Glenn has always been welcoming and encouraging to me and other friends of his daughters, regardless of our situations at the time. Glenn’s way of spreading love and hope has made a profound difference in my everyday life and has also allowed me to work towards finding my way back to God.”

Sutton B. - Denver

“Just thinking today how grateful I am to God for setting me in your path! Hold your hat because I just shared Christ today for the first time in over 25 years! All because of your goodness and mercy to me. I think of so many things you taught me, the baby steps... God sent me a gift in you.

Thank you for that, for all eternity!”

Diane M, Albuquerque, NM

“I knew from the very beginning that Glenn’s coaching would be helpful. You could tell from the onset that he genuinely cared and that he was speaking from the heart.

I knew he wouldn't judge or criticize, but only help and want healing for me in the best way.”

Maddie M - Chattanooga, TN

Despite facing personal tragedy with the loss of his daughter to cancer, Glenn’s positive attitude and commitment to making a difference in the lives of others are remarkable. His dependable nature and strong leadership qualities have been instrumental in empowering and uplifting those in need.

Glenn’s resilience and dedication to his mission are truly commendable, and his impact on the lives of many is immeasurable. I wholeheartedly recommend Glenn Wilhelm for his unwavering faith, his compassion, and his outstanding leadership.”
